Yes, in 95% of cases! Our pedals feature a standard 9/16" spindle (thread size), which is the universal standard for almost all adult bikes, including mountain bikes (MTB), road bikes, gravel bikes, commuter bikes, and stationary exercise bikes.
(Note: Only a few vintage bikes or kids' bikes use 1/2" spindles, so if you have a modern adult bike, these will fit perfectly.)
It depends on the pedal type you choose:
For Flat/Platform Pedals: No special shoes required. You can ride with any flat-soled shoes, like sneakers, skate shoes, or running shoes.
For Hybrid (Dual-Sided) Pedals: You can wear regular shoes on the flat side. If you want to click into the clipless side, you will need cycling shoes compatible with the 2-Bolt SPD system.
For Road Clipless Pedals: Yes, you must wear dedicated road cycling shoes that accommodate 3-Bolt systems
