Warranty Policy

1. Overview

If you are a consumer (i.e., purchasing products for personal use and not for business, trade, or professional purposes), you are entitled to a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty period begins on the date of delivery and applies only to products purchased directly from our official website, rockbrosus.com.
If you purchased ROCKBROS products from another retailer or platform, please consult their specific warranty policy.

General Warranty (Accessories & Equipment)
Coverage

During the 1-year warranty period, ROCKBROS will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material issues, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in components or materials
  • Abnormal wear under normal use conditions

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, improper use, or lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Bicycle Warranty Policy
Coverage

Frame
5-year warranty (excluding full-suspension frames).

Paint & Finish
1-year warranty on paint and decorative components.

Drivetrain, Forks & Suspension
Covered under the respective manufacturers’ warranty policies.

General Components (1-Year Service Support)
We provide free repair service within one year from the date of purchase for the following components:

Rigid forks, handlebars, stems, saddles, seat posts, cranksets, cassettes, pedals, bottom brackets, brake levers, brake calipers, rims, hubs, rim tape, kickstands, racks, and fenders.

Exclusions (Wear Items)

The following parts are considered consumable and are not covered under the general warranty:

Tires, inner tubes, spokes, spoke nipples, chains, brake pads (rim/disc), brake shoes, rotors, bells, handlebar grips, bar tape, reflectors, cargo straps, and similar wear items.

Important Notes

Unauthorized Modifications
Any unauthorized modifications, use of incompatible parts, or improper assembly/disassembly not approved by ROCKBROS or an authorized dealer will void the warranty. ROCKBROS will not be responsible for any resulting damage or incidents.

Intended Use
Any use clearly outside the intended purpose of the product will void the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Off-road riding with road bikes
  • Carrying passengers or overloading carbon frames
  • Using folding bikes in competitive racing

ROCKBROS is not responsible for any damage or accidents resulting from such use.

Maintenance Responsibility
Damage caused by neglect, improper care, or lack of maintenance is not covered under warranty. For example, corrosion caused by prolonged outdoor exposure in harsh weather conditions may result in repair and material charges.

2. Warranty Process

2.1 How to Start a Warranty Claim

To begin your warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at contact@rockbrosus.com.

When reaching out, be sure to include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) or video(s) showing the problem (if possible)

⚠️ For your safety, please stop using the product until the issue is fully resolved.

2.2 Resolution & Support

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will work with you to assess the problem and offer the appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Guiding you through a simple fix
  • Directing you to an authorized service center
  • Arranging for the product or part to be returned for evaluation

If a defect is confirmed, the affected component may be replaced with:

  • An original part, or
  • An equivalent part of the same performance level

Replacements may be shipped directly to you or to a professional bike workshop of your choice.

2.3 Authorization Required

Please do not attempt any repairs on your own or through a third party before contacting ROCKBROS.

Unauthorized repairs:

  • May void your warranty
  • Prevent us from properly evaluating the issue
  • Could result in safety risks
