General Components (1-Year Service Support)
We provide free repair service within one year from the date of purchase for the following components:
Rigid forks, handlebars, stems, saddles, seat posts, cranksets, cassettes, pedals, bottom brackets, brake levers, brake calipers, rims, hubs, rim tape, kickstands, racks, and fenders.
Exclusions (Wear Items)
The following parts are considered consumable and are not covered under the general warranty:
Tires, inner tubes, spokes, spoke nipples, chains, brake pads (rim/disc), brake shoes, rotors, bells, handlebar grips, bar tape, reflectors, cargo straps, and similar wear items.

Unauthorized Modifications
Any unauthorized modifications, use of incompatible parts, or improper assembly/disassembly not approved by ROCKBROS or an authorized dealer will void the warranty. ROCKBROS will not be responsible for any resulting damage or incidents.
Intended Use
Any use clearly outside the intended purpose of the product will void the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

Maintenance Responsibility
Damage caused by neglect, improper care, or lack of maintenance is not covered under warranty. For example, corrosion caused by prolonged outdoor exposure in harsh weather conditions may result in repair and material charges.
